Tom Brady Was Impressed With the Costume Department’s Authenticity in 80 for Brady
Paramount Pictures
Tom Brady has found himself in several shows and movies in the past, including Ted 2, Entourage, and Stuck on You. However, rarely has a film ever centered entirely around himself. The athlete recently sat down with Variety, discussing his work on 80 for Brady and his relationship with former teammates on a movie set.
The current Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB shared his admiration for the costume department, adding that they nailed all the intricate details. “The costume team did an incredible job of keeping everything as authentic as possible,” Brady said. “They had an amazing attention to detail, even matching old team locker room photos to make sure we were recreating the scenes exactly as they were.” Fans can see Brady alongside Hollywood icons when 80 for Brady hits theaters on Feb. 3.
“We’ve been part of a lot of battles together. We’ve never been on a movie set together, but it felt like we were back in the locker room when we were there. Anytime I get my friends involved in things that I’m doing, it makes it that much more enjoyable for me.”
