The nominations have been announced for the Primetime Emmy Awards and a lot of recognition has gone to the acclaimed AMC drama Better Call Saul. A Breaking Bad prequel series, the show is currently in the midst of its sixth and final season. Series stars Bob Odenkirk and Rhea Seehorn have been fan favorites from the start, and their acting will be recognized as two of the nominees representing the show at this year’s Emmy Awards.

For Seehorn, who’s up for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, the Emmy nomination is long overdue. For years, fans of Better Call Saul have been left stunned by Seehorn’s omission from the Emmy nominees. This year marks Seehorn’s first Emmy nomination for her acting, finally righting that wrong. Other nominees include Patricia Arquette for Apple TV+’s Severance, Julia Garner for Netflix’s Ozark, Jung Ho-yeon for Netflix’s Squid Game, Christina Ricci for Showtime’s Yellowjackets, J. Smith-Cameron for HBO’s Succession, and Sydney Sweeney for HBO’s Euphoria.
