We are now days away from the final episodes of Better Call Saul premiering on AMC, and with these last six episodes will come many farewells. With the prequel series, many stars of Breaking Bad were able to return to give their characters new life with the spinoff, even those who were killed off in the original series. This includes Jeremiah Bitsui’s Victor, one of Gus Fring’s (Giancarlo Esposito) closest confidantes who was shockingly killed off in the show’s season 4 episode “Box Cutter.”
With the prequel series ending, Bitsui has had to say farewell to the his fellow cast and crew from the Breaking Bad world once again. Speaking about the experience with Screen Rant, Bitsui notes how he obviously cannot divulge any specific spoilers as to what happens when asked about the show’s upcoming final episodes. He does say that he was given a warm exit from series co-creator Vince Gilligan and saying goodbye to everyone has been very “emotional.”
Jeremiah Bitsui Has Found It Amazing to Give Victor More Backstory

Jeremiah Bitsui figured he was finished with playing Victor after season 4 of Breaking Bad. Getting murdered in such a vicious way typically means the end of playing a character for most actors. That was obviously before he would return as Victor in Better Call Saul. Bitsui knows how there are some fans who have begun with Saul and are waiting to finish that series before seeing exactly what happens to many of these characters in Breaking Bad. That’s something Bitsui feels is a blessing as he’s found it amazing to give Victor so much more story with this prequel series than he ever had in Breaking Bad.
