The film has already made an astonishing worldwide gross of $90.7 million at the global box office. As for the United States, it has grossed $56.5 at the American box office.
M3GAN was released in 30 additional countries this weekend. Horror enthusiasts from Australia, Germany, Ireland, and the United Kingdom also enjoyed the film in cinemas. The opening weekend produced $3 million in the United Kingdom and Ireland, giving the film the title of the best opening weekend for a horror genre film in the area during the pandemic era. The film also made $1.3 million in Australia in its first weekend, putting it at a very high rank compared to other pandemic-era horror films.

M3GAN scored the fourth-highest opening for a horror movie during the pandemic era in Germany. The film also made $6.5 million at the Mexican box office, which means that it surpassed the grosses of Scream. In Spain, The film made $2.1 million and $1.8 in Italy in its second weekend.
The film first premiered in Los Angeles, USA, on December 7, 2022, and was later released in the United States on January 6, 2023. This gives the box office numbers more value since the film has been in theaters for less than two weeks.
