As the DC series has wrapped up its run, it has been confirmed that Painkiller, a spin-off series centered on Jordan Calloway’s character of the same name, has been passed on by the network. Though the show may still find life elsewhere, potentially on HBO Max. This news comes just as the Black Lightning series finale aired on The CW....
The upcoming sixth season of Black Mirror continues to round out its star-studded cast, with both Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard star Salma Hayek and Schitt’s Creek star Annie Murphy set to join the dark and twisted anthology series. According to a report by Variety, both are now in talks to join the forthcoming series, though details of their respective roles currently remain a secret. Marvel sequel Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will introduce several new characters to the already stacked MCU, one of them being Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, aka Ironheart. Another entertainment icon is no longer with us, as Bobby Rydell has reportedly passed away. Per TMZ, the famous singer and Bye Bye Birdie star had been battling health issues over the past few months, according to a source close to the music and movie legend. His illness was not COVID-related, as Rydell was recently diagnosed with pneumonia and this is believed to be the cause of death. He was 79 years old....

B-movie icon Bruce Campbell will be lending his creative talents to a new comic book series from DC Comics. The company announced on Thursday that Campbell is writing DC Horror Presents: Sgt.
