With just over two months to go before The Walking Dead returns for the second half of Season 4, many questions still linger about several aspects of the show. One such question is whether or not Carol, played by Melissa Suzanne McBride, will return before the season ends. Executive producer Robert Kirkman confirms that the character will definitely return before Season 4 comes to its conclusion. Carol was sent away by Rick (Andrew Lincoln) in “Indifference”, after he learned she murdered two members of their camp....

CBS, the only major broadcast network to grow its audience in all key ratings measures this season, announced today the addition of four new series to strengthen its already top rated primetime lineup for the Fall 2009-2010 season. The new series include three dramas and one comedy. Chris O’Donnell and LL Cool J star in NCIS: Los Angeles, a spinoff from the hit drama NCIS; The Good Wife stars Emmy Award winner Julianna Margulies in a legal drama about a steadfast wife and mother who boldly returns to work as a lawyer when her husband is imprisoned for a high profile political scandal; Three Rivers, a medical drama that stars Alex O’Loughlin as the head of a renowned transplant surgery team, and Accidentally on Purpose stars Golden Globe Award winner Jenna Elfman in an ensemble comedy about a successful, single journalist who accidentally gets pregnant by a much younger man....

As reported by BuzzFeed News, back on Oct. 21, Alec Baldwin accidentally shot and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins while the pair were working on the set of the actor’s film Rust. While the revolver was pointed at the camera, Baldwin discharged the gun, which hit Hutchins and the movie’s director, Joel Souza. Souza survived with injuries, but unfortunately, Hutchins passed away. Since the accident, the actor has claimed that gun safety on the movie set was not his responsibility, maintaining that though he did pull back the gun’s hammer, he did not pull the trigger....

Today, Starz announced the highly-anticipated Season Two returns for two of their critically-acclaimed series: the horror fun-ride Ash Vs. Evil Dead and the outlandish comedy Blunt Talk. With TCA’s ongoing through the last few days of July, we should definitely know the premiere date for Ash Vs. Evil Dead Season 3 by now. But we don’t. And that has caused some fans to worry. Will new episodes still arrive this fall as they have the last two seasons? Perhaps not. And that word comes directly from Bruce Campbell. The actor who has played the role of hero Ashley Williams since the 80s has no clue when the new season is coming....

Talk about a fun bit of cheesy nostalgia. In 1966, long before the internet, DVDs, VHS or cell phones, a group of Minnesota’s Washburn High School students produced a 30-minute Batman fan film using a borrowed 16mm film camera from the audio-video department. They wore homemade costumes to create their own versions of Batman and Robin, thanks to a few moms who fired up the old Singer sewing machine. The students also drove what is presumed to be the family cars which were transformed into a Batmobile and another for the villain, Professor Sin....

It was directed by Robert Rodriguez, who is a longtime collaborator of Antonio Banderas, and is known for his ultraviolent and very adult output. This time around, though, he focused his attention on families and children with Spy Kids, and it was actually pretty decent. Rodriguez managed to make a family movie that didn’t talk down to kids and have to resort to an abundance of toilet humor, slapstick gags, or on overload of bright colors and loud noises to keep children entertained....
