AMC today announced that it has ordered a fourth season of the critically acclaimed drama Better Call Saul. The Breaking Bad prequel recently concluded its third season on AMC as the third highest-rated drama on cable among adults 25-54. The third season averaged 3.6 million viewers per episode, including 2 million adults 25-54 in Nielsen live+3 ratings. Better Call Saul will return to the network with 10 new episodes in 2018....

Netflix has finally revealed when season 4 of the hit AMC series Better Call Saul will be available on the streaming service. In a new video posted to the official YouTube account for the streamer, Netflix showcases many of the new titles coming to the service in February 2020. Brie Larson may now be better known for bringing Captain Marvel to the MCU, but over a decade ago, she provided the movie Scott Pilgrim vs. The World with one of its most iconic scenes. Now 12 years later, Larson has uncovered some never before seen rehearsal shots from her musical performance in the movie and shared them on her Twitter account. While Larson seemed as surprised as anyone to have found the images, she was happy to let her followers see the throwback images, and commented how the whole thing was done with a real band....

Following some outcry over her plans for Great American Family’s Christmas movies, Candace Cameron Bure has offered a response with a statement posted online. Taking to Instagram, Bure posted a lengthy statement dismissing the suggestion that she is bigoted toward the LGBTQ+ community. Bure suggests that her comments were misconstrued by the media and that she means no ill will whatsoever toward anyone else. “All of you know me, know beyond question that I have great love and affection for all people,” Bure writes....

After loosing everyone’s favorite director Paul W.S. Anderson, the theatrical adaptation of the video game Castlevania has settled on a newer, better director. According to Variety, Sylvain White, best known for helming this year’s Stomp the Yard, has come aboard the project. This live-action retelling of the game revolves around a Transylvanian Knight who must lead his men into a giant castle to seek refuge from the Turkish army. Once inside, they realize that they are surrounded by vampires....

CBS has passed on the How I Met Your Mother spin-off How I Met Your Dad, after it was not included in the networks’ 2014-2015 lineup announced earlier today. Deadline reports that it’s possible a last-minute agreement could be reached, since the network’s option on the show expires later today, but even if a deal isn’t reached, 20th Century Fox Television and the producers are expected to shop the spin-off around to other networks....

HBO Max recently partnered with WildBrain to green light a new evolution of Canadian teen-drama, Degrassi, set to release in 2023. Zap2It reports that ABC has pulled critically acclaimed but ratings-challenged series,The Nine, from its schedule effective immediately. A special edition of 20/20 will take its place on Wednesday, Nov. 29, and another newsmagazine, Primetime, will move into the 10 p.m. Wednesday spot the following week. The network made the announcement on Saturday, in the midst of a holiday weekend when presumably the TV critics who hailed the show at the start of the season aren’t working....

There have been a number of Batman rumors swirling about the Internet recently and now some of them have been put to rest. Collider recently spoke to Warner Bros. president Alan Horn at the premiere of Yes Man and Horn cleared up a few rumors pertaining to the anticipated sequel to The Dark Knight. Here’s what Horn had to say below. The site asked him if they would try to rush this film into production, and Horn said they were giving Nolan the time to develop the story....

Oliver Stone is set to produce a new biopic about Pablo Escobar titled, simply, Escobar. According to Variety, Antoine Fuqua has been hired to direct the film for J2 Pictures. Another Escobar film is also set to go into production soon. Entitled Killing Escobar, that film is an adaptation of Mark Bowden’s book of the same name. Joe Carnahan is set to direct but is working to complete the George Clooney film White Jazz first....

So it’s fitting that one of the most irreverent television series came from the period, Aqua Teen Hunger Force. The cult phenomenon was churned out by Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim, then a wee hours landing spot for the stuff they wanted to keep away from the children. The story centers around three anthropomorphic South Jersey-dwelling fast-food items, Frylock, Master Shake, and Meatwad....
