Disney+ is set to release a new series following the highly successful WandaVision, and fans eagerly await the return of Kathryn Hahn as the powerful witch Agatha Harkness. The series was previously thought to be titled Agatha: Coven of Chaos, however, a recent set photo seems to suggest a possible title change to “Agnes of Westview.” Agatha’s character was introduced in WandaVision as a nosy neighbor, Agnes, who ingratiates herself into Wanda’s life....

With nothing less than the fate of humanity hanging in the balance, the witches mount a united strike against Michael and his allies. Last night’s episode of American Horror Story: Apocalypse titled Traitor is set pre-Armageddon, revealing more of the events that transpired before the bombs dropped. It’s compelling storytelling, for sure, but since we already know that Cordelia Goode’s plans will fail, it’s kind of hard to get too hopeful....

Brian Frons, president of ABC Daytime, Disney-ABC Television Group, announced plans for a groundbreaking storyline on ABC’s All My Children involving a character coming to terms with her transgender identity. This marks the first time any daytime drama has chronicled a transgender coming out story. The coming storyline involves Zarf (Jeffrey Carlson), born biologically male, who becomes a larger than life rock star persona, hiding her true need to become female....

Andy Samberg was born in Berkeley, California in 1978 to mother Marjorie, a retired teacher, and father Joe, a photographer. Born David A. J. Samberg, the well-known comedian changed his name from David to Andy at the age of five. The arts were something that always interested Samberg. He met his friends and would-be bandmates Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone in middle school, and the trio would entertain classmates with zany comedy sketches....

You can take home a brand new Western adventure home on DVD and Blu-ray this January. Appaloosa will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on January 13. The standard DVD will be priced at $28.99 SRP and the Blu-ray will be priced at $35.99 SRP. The film stars Viggo Mortensen, Ed Harris, Renee Zelwegger and Jeremy Irons. Get ready to relive the gripping final moments of a heralded sci-fi series in both formats this July. Battlestar Galactica: Season 4.5 will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on July 28th. IMAX Corporation, Paramount Pictures, Shangri-La Entertainment and Warner Bros. Pictures announced that Beowulf, the latest film from Academy Award winning director Robert Zemeckis, the filmmaker behind such box office successes as Forrest Gump, The Polar Express, the Back To The Future series and What Lies Beneath, will be released domestically in IMAX 3D simultaneously with the motion picture’s premiere in conventional theatres on November 16, 2007. The film will be released internationally within three weeks of the domestic launch....

American actor Bill Paxton started his Hollywood journey as a set dresser for New World Pictures. His first ever acting role (uncredited) was in the 1975 film Crazy Mama. Paxton was serious about furthering his career, the reason for enrolling in the classes of Stella Adler. After many minor roles, Paxton got his first big break when he worked with James Cameron in The Terminator (1984) and Aliens (1986). His performance in the latter made him known to many, thereby getting more acting jobs....

Continuing to provide more original programming year-round, CBS announced today March premiere dates for two new dramas, Battle Creek and CSI: Cyber. Battle Creek, from Emmy Award winners David Shore (House) and Vince Gilligan (Breaking Bad), will premiere Sunday, March 1 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT), two weeks following CSI’s season finale in the time period. Without any surprise, Cars started on the pole at theaters this weekend and stayed in first place throughout the weekend. The Disney/Pixar animated film took first place at the box office this weekend with $62.8 million. The estimated average per theater was $15,800, according to Box Office Mojo. The family film stars Owen Wilson as the hot-shot rookie, Lightning McQueen, a race car who got lost in a small town while driving to California....
