Production company A24 recently unveiled a new upcoming project called The Legend of Ochi. The film is considered a fantasy epic. It will be the directorial debut for Isaiah Saxon. He will be directing a main cast that includes Willem Dafoe, Emily Watson, Finn Wolfhard and Helena Zegel. The title is based on Saxon’s original characters, world and screenplay. A synopsis for the project reads, “The Legend of Ochi follows a young girl (Zengel) who runs away from home and learns to communicate with an elusive animal species known as Ochi....

Netflix has released a new trailer for their latest Adam Sandler collaboration; his first comedy special in 22 years. Adam Sandler: 100% Fresh marks the first time that the actor has done a special such as this since way back in 1996 when he released What the Hell Happened to Me? on HBO. An exciting new teaser for Disney+ reveals some of their 2023 slate, and offers our first look at the upcoming The Mandalorian spinoff series, Ahsoka. Things aren’t looking good for sci-fi horror fans who’ve waited more than thirty years for Ridley Scott to return to his Alien franchise. The director’s upcoming Untitled Alien Prequel has been put on indefinite hold due to disagreements over both the proposed budget and the rating. Sky Movies reports that Ridley Scott is looking for upwards of $250 million to make this highly anticipated prequel. He is also pushing quite heavily for an R rated film full of horror and violence....

Disney+ has unveiled a first look image of Disenchanted months before its release on the streaming service. Set to arrive on the Thanksgiving holiday, Disenchanted is the official sequel to Enchanted, the 2007 film by Disney following Amy Adams as an animated princess who falls in love with an everyman in the real world. The majority of Marvel fans have yet to see the trailer for Marvel sequel Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, a trailer that some lucky few got to see at D23 Expo last month.
