NBC has picked up an additional season each of its popular summer alternative series America’s Got Talent and Last Comic Standing. America’s Got Talent (Wednesdays, 8-10 p.m. ET and Thursdays, 9-10 p.m. ET) will return to the NBC schedule at mid-season while Last Comic Standing (Tuesdays, 9-10 p.m. ET) will resume next summer with all-new episodes. Avalon TV is developing an American version of the the sitcom, Shane for CBS. The show focuses on a wisecracking cab driver, notes Variety; it’s created by British comedian Frank Skinner, who came up with a quirky show about a stubborn cabbie who winds up in wild adventures with his passengers. After only three seasons, The CW’s Batwoman won’t be returning on-screen with a season 4. The now-canceled show had initially joined the Arrowverse lineup back in 2019. In the first season, we saw Ruby Rose playing the role of Batwoman in this series.
