The Matrix Resurrections brings Carrie-Anne Moss and Keanu Reeves back together once again for what could be their final pairing, but we just might see the two pairing up again in another movie universe. As of now, the fourth Matrix movie is playing in theaters, and Moss has been doing a lot of promotion for the film with Reeves. In a new interview with People, the duo touches on the possibility of meeting up again in the John Wick series, which has its own fourth installment coming to theaters in 2022....

Just over two years past his untimely death, legendary actor Chadwick Boseman has posthumously won a Creative Arts Emmy Award. Boseman had been nominated for an award in the outstanding character voice-over performance category for voicing Star-Lord T’Challa in the What If..? episode “What If… T’Challa Became a Star-Lord?” This was Boseman’s first and only Emmy nomination, also making it his only Emmy win. Boseman was nominated against a co-star from the series as Jeffrey Wright was also up for the same award for voicing the Watcher in What If…?...

ABC Family continues the holiday cheer with its Harry Potter weekend on December 5-7, airing the first four installments of the popular film series as part of the network’s “25 Days of Christmas” programming event. In the world television premiere of the special extended edition of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, viewers will also see deleted scenes not included in the original film version. To add to the magic, ABC Family will also be airing exclusive first looks at the new film, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (opening in theatres July 17, 2009), throughout the weekend’s three-day event....

With Hugh Jackman locked in to play Jean Valjean, and Russell Crowe set to portray Inspector Valvert, director Tom Hooper has shifted his focus to female roles for Les Miserables. Actresses Amanda Seyfried and Taylor Swift have been offered the roles of Cossette and Eponine in the musical adaptation of Victor Hugo’s novel. We reported last month that Taylor Swift is one of the four finalists for Eponine, along with Scarlett Johansson, Evan Rachel Wood, and Lea Michele....

The cast and crew of AMC’s critically-acclaimed, stylish original series Hustle are currently in production in London. In November and December, the production will cross the pond to shoot two episodes in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. The new season of six episodes, featuring U.S. and U.K. locations, is set to premiere in Spring 2007. “AMC is so proud to bring this critically acclaimed drama back for an all-new season of cons, and to introduce this slick cast to a whole new country full of unsuspecting marks,” commented Rob Sorcher, Executive Vice President, Programming and Production....

Last week, America’s Most Wanted: America Fight Back featured the story of Jacqueline - an elderly woman who lives on the street and was brutally raped and beaten by an unknown assailant in New York City. She courageously fought back and yanked a thick gold necklace from her attacker; DNA evidence on the chain linked the unidentified man to three other assaults on older women in Miami Beach. While America’s Most Wanted is predicated on generating viewers’ support to help authorities investigate crimes, the show’s viewers went above and beyond this past week....

Angelina Jolie is in talks to headline Luc Besson’s next project, an untitled thriller in line with the director’s earliest work. Both Luc Besson and Angelina Jolie finished working on films that could go head-to-head in the Oscar race this next year. Angelina Jolie made her directorial debut with In the Land of Blood and Honey, while Luc Besson is garnering rave reviews for his Aung San Suu Kyi biopic The Lady....

Could Apple and Wal-Mart be close to forming an alliance? In a story from Variety they report that Apple and Wal-Mart are in “discussions” which could produce “an alliance that could allow the giant retailer to profit from iTunes video downloads.” It is believed that the deal “could take the form of a digital download ‘coupon’ that would allow consumers to buy movies, TV shows or music on iTunes with Apple paying the retail giant a percentage of the proceeds....

In news that isn’t really surprising to anybody, FX has picked up Donald Glover’s hit series Atlanta up for a third season. Glover’s more popular now than he has ever been and so is the Georgia-based show having won two Emmy’s, two Golden Globes, and Peabody Award. As for Glover, he’s currently in theaters as Lando in Solo: A Star Wars Story and has a hit single out with his latest release “This is America” under his musical project as Childish Gambino....

Right off the bat I want to say that I loved this movie! I thought it was fantastic and I was completely enthralled and entertained the entire time I was watching it. That being said, I recognize that the movie is a train-wreck. It is in no way a well made film, it has holes and an odd unevenness throughout the entire movie but I think that is what the filmmaker intended....

Director Barry Sonnenfeld is teaming up with comic book writer/screenwriter Grant Morrison (All-Star Superman) to develop a graphic novel and movie entitled Dominion: Dinosaurs Versus Aliens. Barry Sonnenfeld and Grant Morrison are setting up the graphic novel at Liquid Comics and producer Arnold Rifkin will oversee the movie through his Cheyanne Entertainment label. The story will center on a secret world battle where aliens attack Earth when dinosaurs roamed, although the pre-historic creatures have much more intelligence than previously thought....

Back in November, producer Roy Lee told us that a theatrical remake of the 2000 cult classic Battle Royale is not happening, due to the similarities between that project and The Hunger Games. Today, we have word that the CW Network is interested in bringing this dystopian story to the small screen with a new TV series. The network has been involved in early discussions with Hollywood representatives about adapting Koushun Takami’s novel, which director Kinji Fukasaku’s Battle Royale is based on, into an English-language series....

The Batwoman TV series has found its primary adversary. Rachel Skarsten has been cast in the role of Alice in the upcoming DC series alongside Ruby Rose, who made her debut as the titular hero in last year’s Arrowverse crossover event, Elseworlds, which marked the first time the character had ever appeared in live-action. The CW will be expanding its already impressive stable of shows based on DC Comics with Batwoman, which is expected to debut this fall, assuming everything goes according to plan....

Benedict Cumberbatch has always seemed like one of the more calming influences over the Marvel Cinematic Universe, having even been “put in charge” of Tom Holland at one point to prevent the young actor revealing sacred spoilers during press interviews. Flash forward a few years to now and he is gearing up to team up with Holland again on screen in Spider-Man: No Way Home this December but is also currently in the middle of reshoots on Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness....

Benedict Cumberbatch is concerned that upcoming Marvel sequel Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will not meet the astronomical expectations being heaped upon it. The actor, who will reprise the role of The Sorcerer Supreme, is nervous about replicating, and hopefully exceeding, the success of the first movie, especially now that audiences are familiar with the character and the scope of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There certainly is a lot of hype surrounding Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which will pick up and tie together many of the instrumental events following Avengers: Endgame, WandaVision, the first season of Loki, and Spider-Man: No Way Home, in which Doctor Strange will also appear....
