Even though production was shut down in January, more information keeps coming in about Warner Bros.’ proposed Akira remake. On the heels of last week’s storyboards, today Toby Kebbell shed some more light on this live-action manga remake. Actor Alan Alda has signed onto two new Universal Pictures comedies, Wanderlust and Tower Heist, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Wanderlust is from producer Judd Apatow, which centers on a couple (Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston) who try to escape society by joining a nudist colony. Alan Alda will portray the leader of the commune. David Wain is directing the movie from a script he co-wrote with Ken Marino.
