Fox has issued a “put pilot commitment” for a series based on Alan Moore and Kevin O’Neill’s celebrated graphic novel League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. “Put pilot” status means the project is almost guaranteed to make it to series, since the network will have to pay a penalty if it never airs. As reported by Variety, ex-convict Anna “Delvey” Sorokin has officially landed her own reality series, Delvey’s Dinner Club. The reality show is set to film inside of Sorokin’s New York City East Village apartment, where she is currently serving house arrest. Back in 2019, Sorokin was convicted of grand larceny, in addition to various other financial crimes, for stealing over $200,000 from investors and friends. She was released from prison in 2021, after which immigration authorities detained Sorokin for overstaying her visa....
Actress Anne Heche is expected to survive a fiery car crash that occurred in the Mar Vista area of Los Angeles on Friday. Witnesses told TMZ that the I Know What You Did Last Summer actress was driving a blue Mini Cooper and crashed into the garage of an apartment complex. TMZ reported residents of the apartment complex tried getting Heche out of the vehicle, but she put the car in reverse and then sped off....
